Privacy Policy

This policy covers all services operated by AKStrapped LLC ("we", "us"), including the Civitasvox platform, Dustforge identity service, Text Friendly SMS agents, and related APIs.

1. Information We Collect

Account Data

• Civitasvox Platform: Username, email address, hashed password, account preferences.
• Dustforge Identity: Username, DID:key (cryptographic public key), encrypted private key material, @dustforge.com email address.
• SMS Services (Text Friendly): Phone number, message content, opt-in/opt-out status.

Financial Data

• Stripe processes all payments. We store transaction references and wallet balances but never store credit card numbers, bank details, or full payment credentials.

Usage Data

• API call logs (endpoint, timestamp, response code), IP addresses, user agent strings.
• Silicon conversion signals (behavioral classification of registration patterns).

Automatically Collected

• Server logs, request metadata, error traces. Retained for 90 days.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Authenticate your identity and authorize API calls.
• Process payments and maintain wallet balances.
• Deliver SMS messages you've opted into.
• Send emails from your @dustforge.com address.
• Monitor service health and prevent abuse.
• Calculate referral payouts.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy).
• SignalWire — SMS delivery for Text Friendly agents.
• OpenRouter — AI model inference (no PII transmitted; only conversation content you initiate).
• Law enforcement — only when required by valid legal process.

4. Data Security

• Passwords are hashed with bcrypt (cost factor 10).
• DID:key private keys are AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest.
• JWT tokens are Ed25519-signed, scoped, and time-limited.
• All API traffic uses HTTPS in production.

5. Data Retention

• Account data: retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
• Transaction records: retained for 7 years (tax/legal requirements).
• SMS message content: not stored beyond delivery confirmation.
• Server logs: 90 days.

6. Your Rights

• Access: Request a copy of your data.
• Correction: Update inaccurate information.
• Deletion: Request account and data deletion.
• Opt-out (SMS): Reply STOP to any Text Friendly message.
• Portability: Export your DID:key and transaction history via API.

7. Cookies

The Civitasvox platform uses localStorage for session state. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Google Ads conversion tracking may set cookies on the Dustforge landing page.

8. Children

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. California Residents (CCPA)

You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of data sales. We do not sell personal information. Contact us to exercise your rights.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced via the platform dashboard or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
